1 A very mild and high safety anionic surfactant suitable for personal cleaning products, which is synthesized by cocoyl chloride and sodium methyl taurine. 2 It belongs to amino acid surfactant in a broad sense. 3 It has excellent water solubility, hard water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, excellent foaming performance, and gives skin and hair a moist and smooth feeling. 4 It has similar surface tension reduction ability and foaming performance as AES, and is an excellent substitute for sulfate free system. 5 It has little adsorption on the skin, low irritation and the characteristics of selective dirt removal. 6 It can effectively reduce the amount of dandruff, and has little damage to the hair epidermis.
